Listing and Display Ad Information

Deadline for inclusion in this year's printed Guide is March 15, 2006.

The Resource Guide is published in two forms, online and in print. There are two different ways to advertise in the Guide. You may purchase a basic Listing, or an illustrated Display Ad that includes a free listing. You are in charge of your listing. The information you enter online will also be used in the printed verson.

Listing

Your listing will include your name, address, phone number, email address, web site address and 200 character description of your business, services, etc. Additional information including an illustration may be included in the online version.

$75 per listing (per category) includes printed guide and web site.

Note: Each display ad gets one free listing.

Display Ad Specifications

The Resource guide is printed on a sheet fed press using a four-color (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) halftone separation process. Artwork for advertising should be submitted on either a Macintosh or PC disc as a pdf or Quark XPress file. all necessary fonts and images must be included. any images/logos must be submitted as TIFF or EPS format at a resolution of 350 dpi or greater. Build all black backgrounds as a ‘rich’ black of 40C 40M 40Y 100K. Ads may be submitted as a pdf.

Display Ad Sizes

Ads can be either in color or black and white. Each ad includes one listing.

Back Cover (3 1/4"w x 8 3/8") $1500.
Inside Cover (3 1/4"w x 8 3/8") $1200.
Full Page (3 1/4"w x 8 3/8") $1000.
Half Page (3 1/4"w x 4 1/8") $650.
Third Page (3 1/4"w x 2 7/8") $400.
Quarter Page (3 1/4"w x 1 7/8") $275.

Other Conditions:

• All advertisements are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
• The contents and design of advertisements and listing are subject to PhotoArts’ approval and we reserve the right to reject or cancel any advertisement at any time without cause. PhotoArts also reserves the right o insert the word “advertisement” above or below any text.
• In the event of an error, PhotoArts’ liability shall not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the error.
• will be presumed to have read this rate card and agreed to its condition without any further contract or notice.
